Smt. V.T.Bhuvaneshwari (1940-2006)

Smt Bhuvaneshwari was the first daughter of Prof V.T.Srinivasan who was the principal of Vijaya College in Bangalore. she was born on 27/7/1940 .She married P.R.Ramaswamy, the second son of P.R.Ramaiya, a prominent journalist in 1963. She did her M.Sc in Physics in Central College in Bangalore. She was a faculty in Vijaya College, Bangalore for almost 4 decades. She was a lecturer and later Prof of Physics in Vijay college. She was known for her kindheartedness and helping the poor and downtrodden.She passed away on 25/12/2006.
